CAN I ADD OR REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?Updated 8 months ago

Unfortunately, change requests may not always be accommodated. We will try our best to assist but, after a certain stage of order processing we are no longer able to make any changes. We aim to ship orders as fast as we can so although you may message us immediately after placing your order, unfortunately it doesn't always guarantee we may apply the change.

If you would like to attempt a change of an order, please make sure to send the Order Number to be updated and specify exactly the item/s you would like to remove or add.  You can do this via the CONTACT US section.
